2. Accessing the website

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This can include your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and to detect technical faults or misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website. Server logs are retained only for as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting and security.

3. Contact form and Formspree

When you use the contact form, the details you enter are processed: name, email address, optional company and your message. Technically necessary connection data such as your IP address may also be processed.

The form is provided by Formspree, Inc. Formspree processes the information to transmit the message, prevent spam and operate the service securely. According to Formspree, its services are hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States and it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a processor for international data transfers.

More information is available in Formspree's privacy policy and security information.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is responding to your enquiry and conducting business communication.

Your information will be deleted once the request has been fully handled and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for further storage. If the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, required data may be retained for the applicable statutory periods.

Providing your data is voluntary. However, the form cannot process your enquiry without a name, email address and message.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your email address and the information contained in your message will be processed to respond to your enquiry. The same legal bases and deletion criteria as for the contact form apply.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website currently does not use analytics or marketing services and does not set its own non-essential cookies. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

6. Recipients

Personal data is shared only where necessary to provide the website, respond to your enquiry, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests. Formspree receives the data submitted through the contact form as a technical service provider. Personal data is not sold.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectification of inaccurate data,
  • erasure or restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise your rights, email daniel@ivivo-ventures.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for private-sector organisations in Bavaria is generally the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.

8. Updates to this policy

This privacy policy will be updated if the website, the services used or the legal requirements change.
